The key cereal culture of civilization, actively used throughout the territory of our planet. There are two varieties of wheat – winter and spring, divided by sowing seasons (autumn and early spring, respectively). The main field of application is the production of bakery products, cereals and alcohol. At the same time, wheat is used in agricultural complexes as the main and additional feed product. The value of this cereal is determined by the content of useful trace elements, the most important of which are proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Barley

A popular cultivated cereal, the history of cultivation of which dates back more than 10 thousand years. Barley is actively used in the production of a wide range of products, as well as as a feed. Separately, it is worth noting the widespread use of this cereal in classical brewing. The nutritional value of this culture lies in the rich content of protein necessary for cell construction.

Corn

Rye

Rye is sown or cultivated — an annual or biennial cereal, cultivated in winter or spring. It is a widespread crop of high nutritional, agricultural and forage purposes, combining about 40 varieties.

In rye grain, in addition to standard carbohydrates, proteins and various dietary fibers, which are also present in wheat grains, there is also a set of vitamins PP, E, and B. That is why rye bread is considered a useful dietary product.

Rye is used to create the main component for kvass. It is widely used in medicine. The use of rye products, decoctions and preparations containing rye can successfully combat many dangerous diseases.
